Research methodology course

The research methodology course will provide basic ground work for clinical and lab based research.

Please note that due to COVID-19, the Research Methodology Course will be delivered virtually via Zoom until further notice

Course suitable for trainees and will include:

  • Medical Statistics
  • Clinical Trials
  • Systematic Review & Meta-analysis
  • Setting up clinical trials
  • How to read a medical paper
  • Medical paper discussions
  • The reading of a medical paper (provided) is required prior to attendance.

Cancellation policy

All cancellations must be made in writing to debra.horne@liverpool.ac.uk

Cancellations made up to six weeks before the course will be eligible for a full refund of any course fees paid, or a transfer of funds to another course.

Cancellations made between six and two weeks before the course will lose 50% of the course fee.

Cancellations made 14 days or less before the course are liable for the full course fee. (Special circumstances will be taken into account by the Course Organiser).
