Wellbeing Sessions for Exam Stress

Over the next two weeks, we're offering a range of activities and relaxation sessions to help you navigate through the assessment period with ease.

In addition to our weekly wellbeing activities, we're excited to announce the opening of a relaxation room in the Alsop Building Wellbeing Space. Here, you'll find a wealth of resources and activities designed to help you relax and recharge. There's something for everyone, from the art of origami to creating friendship bracelets and painting pebbles. Plus, don't forget to explore our mindfulness and meditation resources online.
