Welcome to the University of Liverpool Ultimate frisbee club
Ever wanted to be part of a fast-paced, unpredictable, non-contact sport suitable for players of all abilities? Why not try Ultimate frisbee!
Boasting men’s, women’s and mixed teams, there are plenty of opportunities to get involved. Over the last few years our teams have won golds at multiple national events such as both Men’s and mixed indoor tournaments and Men’s Outdoor nationals.
Competitive
We welcome both beginners and experienced players to the club, with plenty of opportunities to progress and represent the University playing across the country. We enter more than 10 tournaments throughout the year, from beginners to regional and national competitions.
Training times
Our club trains indoors at the Sports and Fitness Centre and outdoors at Wyncote Sports Grounds.

Social events
There are a variety of social events throughout the year, all aimed at bringing the team closer as well as letting your hair down. We host a wide variety of events from themed parties and formal events to games nights.

The Athletic Union
The Athletic Union (AU) is a student lead union founded in 1884. The AU consists of competitive sports clubs representing the University in British Universities and Colleges Sport (BUCS). The AU also provides opportunities for social sports with over 132 teams across three sports.
Being an AU member is a great way to stay active, develop management and leadership skills and meet people.

- Priority access to AU social events
- Financial support at representative level
- Subsidised support to coaching an officials courses

The initial cost of the AU membership is £60 and this will allow you to join one club. If you wish to join multiple clubs, the cost for each club is £24 thereafter.
