As a dedicated fitness enthusiast/professional with over 8 years of experience, I bring a wealth of knowledge and expertise to my role as a personal trainer. With a background as a national-level powerlifter and experience in bodybuilding and CrossFit, I have honed my skills to help clients achieve their unique fitness goals. I hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Nutrition, which allows me to provide tailored dietary guidance alongside effective training programs. My philosophy centers on individualized goal setting, ensuring that each client receives personalized attention and support. Whether through one-on-one training sessions or group classes, I am committed to empowering clients to transform their fitness journeys while fostering a positive and motivating environment.

- Certified Personal Trainer (Level 3)
