I have been working in the fitness industry for over a decade now at a variety of different gyms and hotel chains as well as running my own personal training business back in Jersey. My aim throughout that time has been to ensure everyone feels comfortable within a gym environment.
My belief is that if you are confident in what you are doing and enjoy the process, then you will create the consistency required to make long term health improvements, both physically and mentally.
