I’m a 22-year-old personal trainer with a lifelong passion for fitness. I started my journey in the gym at a young age, driven by a love for building muscle to overcome some insecurities I had from young. Over the years, I’ve focused on hypertrophy, developing a deep understanding of muscle growth, training techniques, and nutrition strategies to help clients gain lean mass and improve their physique.
While building muscle is a core aspect of my approach, I believe fitness is a long-term commitment. My goal is to help clients not only achieve their short-term goals but also build sustainable habits that support fitness longevity. By focusing on functional strength, injury prevention, and well-rounded fitness, I aim to help people stay strong and healthy for years to come as-well as build your knowledge base for a long-term fitness career.
