From a young age, I've had a keen interest in sports and fitness, I have done a lot of physical sports including Netball, Swimming, Ju-Jitsu and Karate when I was younger.
Carrying my passion forward and turning it into a career, I now have 15 years’ worth of experience within the leisure and fitness industry, accumulating a range of new skills in boxing, strength and conditioning, weight loss & nutrition etc.
As a highly motivated & qualified personal trainer, we can work together to help you achieve your goals, no matter how big or small they are. With a personalised tailored program and nutritional advice to follow alongside your sessions, each goal will be achievable.
