From Campus walks to feel-good events, we have free activities to keep everyone active.
Get Active Week is Sport Liverpool’s bi annual sports and physical activity week, providing extra drop in classes, events and sessions to encourage students, staff and the university community to get more active and get to know Sport Liverpool and the Sports & Fitness Centre better!
Active week during Feel Good February will see Sport Liverpool provide extra activities and initiatives to encourage students and staff to get active and compete against one another in the Brit Challenge!
During Mental Health Awareness Week, Sport Liverpool will provide some specific activities to support students and staff with their mental health including mindfulness sessions, meditation and additional walks and low intensity physical activities.
