Campus walks
Step away from your work or studies and join our team for a refreshing 30-minute walk. Enjoying the outdoors and staying active on campus is an excellent way to recharge. Walking can boost your cardiovascular endurance, alleviate stress, and help you reach your daily step goals.
Campus walks take place every Wednesday at 1pm. Meet outside the Sports and Fitness Centre reception where a team member will be waiting.
