Biography
Eli GAO obtained his bachelor degree at Soochow University. Later, he obtained the master degree majored in management of Liverpool University. He went to Xi’an Jiaotong-Liverpool University and became a PhD candidate and Teaching Assistant at the Academy of Future Education in June 2021.
Research
Eli GAO's academic research interests include entrepreneurship education, college students' entrepreneurship, college students' development, and scale development. His doctoral study is about the conceptualization and scale development of Chinese college students' entrepreneurial fear of failure.
Thesis title
'Towards conceptualizing and measuring fear of failure in entrepreneurship:a college student perspective'.

Research Summary
This study focuses on the fear of failure in the process of College Students' entrepreneurship, and triying to conceptualize and measure it. This fills the gap of modern entrepreneurship education in higher education and helps college students confront and exploit the mindset.
