Ongoing network maintenance

Due to ongoing maintenance by our network provider we are experiencing intermittent connectivity issues with the mobile phones used by our out of hours staff. Until this work is completed there may be delays in messages being received and responded to outside normal working hours. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause and are working to resolve the situation as soon as possible.

COVID-19: Information for clients

We are committed to ensuring that all visitors to the hospital continue to feel comfortable and safe. Please do not attend your appointment if you are unwell: this especially applies if you have a high temperature (either on its own or with any other symptoms of a respiratory infection, such as COVID-19) or you do not feel well enough to carry out normal activities.

In the Hospital you are not expected to adhere to strict social distancing rules or wear a face covering, although you may of course continue to wear a face covering if you prefer to do so. The University continues to strongly encourage wearing a face covering in any congested, enclosed spaces.

If you are concerned about attending your appointment due to COVID-19 (e.g. if you have a health condition that makes you especially vulnerable) please contact us in a advance of your appointment so we can discuss what measures we can put in place to ensure your safety.
