Prosper's career development pilot cohorts involved over 120 postdocs from the University of Liverpool, University of Manchester and Lancaster University. Participants were drawn from a range of backgrounds, selected to create a diverse mix in terms of discipline, gender and ethnicity.

David joined us as a postdoc within the School of Environmental Sciences. Following his year with Prosper, David secured a new postdoc position to fill a skills gap, before securing a role as Remote Sensing Scientist at The Met Office.
