The University of Liverpool Research Integrity and Research Ethics team provide administrative support for the operation and development of the University’s research integrity and research ethics frameworks. If you have any research related queries, please contact the team at integrity@liverpool.ac.uk.

Raising issues or concerns about research

If you are a research participant and you have a concern or issue relating a University of Liverpool project, you can either contact the Principal Investigator or Supervisor for the project - using the details on the participant information sheet provided to you; or you can discuss the issues in confidence with a member of the University Research Integrity and Research Ethics team by emailing integrity@liverpool.ac.uk or phoning 0151 794 8290.

Concerns relating to potential misconduct in research must be raised through the University’s Named Person for Research Integrity, Professor Elizabeth Perkins, by emailing integrity@liverpool.ac.uk

University Academic Leadership for Research Integrity

The University’s Pro-Vice-Chancellor for Research and Impact, Professor Anthony Hollander, is the University academic responsible for research integrity and in this role, Professor Hollander chairs the University Research Integrity and Governance Committee. Professor Hollander is supported by the University Named Person for Research Integrity, Professor Elizabeth Perkins, and the Deputy Named Person for Research Integrity, Professor Kathy Burrell.
