Super resolution techniques
Super-resolution microscopy is a fast-developing field that encompasses fluorescence imaging techniques with the capability to resolve objects below the classical diffraction limit of optical resolution.
The CCI offers several super-resolution techniques including Lattice-SIM, PALM, STORM, SRRF, Airyscan and SOFI.
Improvement in resolution from widefield to Lattice SIM. Multi-stained cells highlighting mitochondria (red), actin (green) and nucleus (blue).
