Solar cells Nature paper receives widespread media coverage

Dr Jon Major, Dr Rob Treharne, Dr Laurie Philips and Prof Ken Durose from the Stephenson Institute for Renewable Energy have had a paper published in Nature that has attracted a lot of media attention.

They have developed a new safer and cheaper method for manufacturing solar cells using magnesium chloride rather than the toxic and more expensive cadmium chloride
