About
I joined the Department of Public Health, Policy and Systems as a postdoc in July 2021.
My background training is in Public Health and Epidemiology, with a focus on nutrition. My work predominantly focused on food consumption and diet quality while identifying their drivers and the related inequalities. Within my department and my projects, I model the potential impacts of the implementation of policies and related changes in diet, and their impact on inequalities. Overall, I try to improve the diet and the health of the populations, focusing mostly on reducing the burden of non-communicable diseases.
I am a member of Modelling Group in the Non-Communicable Disease (NCD) Prevention and Food Policy Research Team.
