The Department of Psychology welcomed new and returning students to campus for Welcome Week, as the 24/25 academic year began.

New students attended a number of events during Welcome Week, including departmental talks at the Eleanor Rathbone Building and Yoko Ono Lennon Centre, where they could find out more about their course and meet key support staff at the University.

They also took part in social mixers, where they could meet and enjoy refreshments alongside their peers, along with taking part in fun academic quizzes.

As part of Welcome Week across campus, our new students were provided with lots of information about the support available to them at the University and the Guild.

Welcome Week will continue as the Department welcomes students studying Psychology BSc (Hons) (2+2 programme with Foundation Element) later this week.

There will also be a chance for students to join the Psychology Society, which will be appearing at the Liverpool Guild of Students Welcome Fair on Thursday 19 - Friday 20 September.
