Psychology Welcome Week 2023: In pictures
The Department of Psychology welcomed new and returning students to campus last week.
From Monday 18 - Friday 22 September 2023, students took part in Welcome Week activities including departmental talks, campus tours and social events such as quizzes with their peers.
Student helpers were also on hand to signpost new students around campus and welcome them to the department.

Undergraduate Welcome Talk
Staff including Dr Jasmine Warren welcomed new students to the Department of Psychology on Monday 18 September.
New Undergraduate students attended a Psychology Welcome Talk in the Brett Lecture Theatre.
Nearly 300 new students were expected to attend the Psychology Welcome Week 2023.
MPsycholSci (Hons) programme (C804) Welcome Talk
Students from the MPsycholSci (Hons) programme (C804) attended a Welcome Talk on Wednesday 20 September in the Eleanor Rathbone Building - the home of Psychology at the University of Liverpool.
The C804 Welcome Talk was led by Dr Vicky Fallon.
PGT Welcome Talk
Staff including Dr Louise Almond, Professor Jo Harold and Dr Michelle Tornquist welcomed new PGT students to the Department of Psychology on Monday 18 September.
Social events
PGT students attended a social mixer and quiz event with their peers at the Eleanor Rathbone Building on Monday 18 September.
Current Undergraduate students, known as 'Student Helpers', assisted new students throughout Welcome Week.
