Outreach
Our undergraduates create and present school activities as part of their degree programmes, which provides a great opportunity for pupils to discuss studying science at a university - with people doing exactly that.
Our departments
Across Mathematical Sciences, Chemistry and Physics we offer a variety of events for school pupils, from Year 1 to Year 13. Most are highly interactive and range from laboratory demonstrations to talks about specialist subjects, such as nanotechnology.

Department of Mathematical Sciences
Maths Outreach has been going on since before there was a University of Liverpool! We work with pupils of all ages from Year 1 to Year 13, offering activities both in schools and on campus.

We hope to inspire the next generation of future scientists through our Spectroscopy Workshops and other STEM activities. We look forward to meeting you!
