Bio
Daniel Hill was educated at Birkenhead School, Oxford, and King’s College, London. He has taught philosophy at the University of Liverpool since 2000. He is the author or co-author of four books: Divinity and Maximal Greatness (Routledge, 2005), Christian Philosophy: A-Z (Edinburgh University Press, 2006) with Randal C Rauser, The Right to Wear Religious Symbols (Palgrave Macmillan, 2013) with Daniel Whistler, and Does God Intend that Sin Occur? We Affirm (Palgrave Macmillan, 2021, forthcoming) with Matthew J Hart. He is currently working with Stephen McLeod and Attila Tanyi on a book on entrapment, virtue testing, and temptation. He is the Chair of the Tyndale Fellowship’s Study Group for Philosophy of Religion, and the Secretary of the University of Liverpool’s Staff Christian Fellowship.
