Undergraduate

The Medicine and Surgery MBChB A100 is a 5 year course for both undergraduate and graduate students. The Medicine and Surgery MBChB A101 is a 4 year course for graduate students.

We provide an MBChB course that leads to a Primary Medical Qualification (PMQ). This entitles student doctors to provisionally register with the General Medical Council.

The School offers two medicine programmes, the standard A100 (5 year) programme and the A101 (4-year) graduate-entry programme.
