December graduations 2020
Congratulations to student doctors graduating from intercalated programmes across the University, and those picking up post grad awards from our School this December.
Last week saw graduates from across the University celebrating their achievements in a host of special virtual ceremonies.
These included student doctors graduating from intercalated programmes around the University of Liverpool, as well as postgraduates picking up awards from the School of Medicine.
It's fantastic to see your many achievements, particularly in what has been such a challenging year. Well done to you all!
Graduating from the School of Medicine
PGCert in Renal Transplantation
Brian Churchill, Raguram Ganesamoni, Zay Htet and Rehan Javed all completed their postgraduate certificate in Renal Transplantation.
PGDip in Renal Transplantation
Postgraduate Diplomas in Renal Transplantation were awarded to Ahmed H. Abdelhady Abdelmagied, Naila Asif, Ali Alrefaey Korayem Fawzy and Bassim Samy Elsayed Hassan Metwally.
MSc in Renal Transplantation

Prashant Aggarwal, James Baker, Alice Bradfield, Fiona Choi, Benjamin Cottam, Cillian Courtney, Benjamin Crosby, Thomas Mair, Max Norrington, Adam Ridzuan-Allen and James Turnbull all picked up a Master of Research in Biomedical Sciences with Translational Medicine.
MRes in Clinical Sciences
Kantida Koysombat, James Lay, Jason Lee, Alexandra Nelson and Natasha Varshney graduated in Master of Research in Clinical Sciences.
MRes in Musculoskeletal Ageing
Daniel Reed picked up a Master of Research in Musculoskeletal Ageing.
LLM - Law, Medicine and Healthcare
Kirk Chalmers, Rowena de Berker, Daniel De Silva, Charlotte Elliott, Sean Gill, Shamas Hussain, Surayah Kerswell, Amrita Shergill, Rebecca Sinden, Kirsty Small, Emily Smith, Daisy Tankard, Charlotte Tighe and Olivia Warrior were celebrating their Master of Laws in Medicine and Healthcare.
Extra special congratulations to Sean Gill on scooping the LLM prize for Best overall performance among intercalating students.
