Surgical Scousers climb Snowden to #fixfistula

Published on

This year, Surgical Scousers have chosen to support Freedom from Fistula; a charity which provides free fistula surgeries, maternal health care and support for the most vulnerable women and girls in Africa. They have held a number of charity events over the year including a great pub quiz at The Florist.

The society also put together a team to take part in the Snowden Challenge 2019 - which involved their team climbing Mount Snowdon wearing fake, weighted pregnancy bellies. It was no mean feat.

Surgical Scousers have so far raised a mountainous £1750 surpassing their £1000 goal. Well done!
