About

I am a Lecturer in Economics at the University of Liverpool Management School and Director of Studies for our BSc. Economics Programme. I am working in higher education since 2015. I am Fellow of the Higher Education Academy since 2023.

My research interests lie at the intersection of Industrial Organisation, Behavioural Economics and Experimental Economics. In my research, I focus on credence goods markets, online ratings, and crowdfunding. I am also interested in Economics Education, in particular experiential learning through new technologies, games, experiments and feedback literacy.

I gained my B.Sc. and M.Sc. in Economics from the Technical University of Berlin (Germany). I hold a PhD in Economics and Finance from the University of Liverpool funded by the Economic Social and Research Council.
