About
I am a lecturer in the Management School. Prior to this I was a lecturer at the Liverpool Institute of Public Administration and Management. I received my BSc in Psychology from the University of Toronto and my postgraduate degrees from the University of Liverpool. I teach both undergraduate and postgraduate modules. My teaching interests include gender and diversity issues in organisations. My current research interest is in the area of diversity management. I am the Postgraduate Senior Tutor. I am also Bullying and Harassment Advisor for the University. I have received many University of Liverpool Management School Teaching Excellence Awards. I have also received the Enhancing University Life award.
