About
My background, prior to becoming a university lecturer in 1992, was in law and the leisure sector. Most of my lecturing career was at the University of Manchester, my teaching and research focusing on leisure and law. During that time I was a programme director and admissions tutor; within the university I also represented staff on Health and Safety matters. Retiring from Manchester in 2011, I was invited to work as a part time lecturer in the University of Liverpool Management School. Since then I have covered undergraduate teaching in: Commercial law; Corporate Governance; Employment Law and Corporate Social Responsibility as well as developing optional modules in Fundraising Management and Events' Management.
