BSc Economics graduate and Associate Consultant, Jade Leigh Wilkinson delivers inspiring talk

Alumna Jade Leigh Wilkinson, returned to campus to speak to undergraduate students from the Management School.

Currently based in UAE, as an Associate Consultant for Grant Thornton, Jade provided students with insight into life after graduation, relocating abroad for work and her experience of working in tax.

She also shared practical advice on navigating the recruitment process, from application to interview.

Speaking at the event, Jade notes “Having the opportunity to share my career journey with the next generation of Liverpool graduates was an absolute pleasure.”

Current BSc Finance and Data Analytics student, Ben Jones enjoyed the session, commenting “I would like to thank Jade for the talk this morning on her career progression, working in the UAE, as well as her specialisation in the tax sector. Very insightful.”

Jade expressed her gratitude to the Management School, which played a key role in shaping her career and personal growth, “The University of Liverpool helped shape who I am today. I will always cherish my time in Liverpool. It is a privilege to be able to call myself an alumna of the University of Liverpool!”
