Management School hosts gender equality breakfast briefing

The Management School hosted its latest business breakfast ‘The Business of Equality’ on Wednesday 2nd May.

The event was held in partnership with The Women’s Organisation and explored current thinking and trends around equality for all in the workplace.  Guest speakers included Maggie O’Carroll, CEO of The Women’s Organisation and Phil Bramhall, Managing Director at Bramhall’s Solicitors, as well as Professor Caroline Gatrell and Dr Laura Radcliffe from the Management School who presented their research studies on gender equality. 

Throughout the presentations attendees heard what the latest research findings are surrounding gender equality and discussed how businesses can ensure they maximise the potential of all their staff. 

There was also an opportunity for networking amongst Management School staff as well as members of the local business community.
