CPA Australia accreditation awarded to BA Accounting and Finance programme
The Management School’s BA Accounting and Finance programme has been awarded accreditation by CPA Australia.
CPA Australia is one of the world’s largest accounting bodies. Its accreditation recognises higher education award based programmes that meet the knowledge requirements for Associate membership and CPA Program professional level commencement.
This recognition adds to the programme’s already existing accreditations from professional accountancy bodies including; ICAEW, ACCA, CIMA, CIPFA and ICAS.
The programme has a theoretical and practice-led approach and is taught by professionally qualified accountants with a range of experience and industry links.
Helen Scott, Senior Lecturer in Accounting, commented, “We are really pleased that the CPA has accredited our BA Accounting and Finance. This is fantastic for our students and we are looking forward to working with the CPA in the future.”
