Management School hosts undergraduate student of the year awards

The University of Liverpool Management School hosted an award ceremony to celebrate the highest achieving students from the first and second years of the undergraduate programmes.
Awards for first-year students consisted of:
The Henry Warren Meade-King Memorial Scholarship in Economics |
Awarded to the student achieving the highest average grade in BSc Economics or BA Business Economics |
Student of the Year | Awarded to the student with the highest grade in the year, subject to a minimum average grade of 65%. One prize is available for both the three and four year version of each programme |
Certificates of Achievement |
Awarded to students who achieve an average mark of 70% or higher |
Awards for second-year students included:
Hillier Prize | Awarded to the student achieving the best overall grade in the economic theory papers ECON221, ECON222, ECON223 and ECON224 (£100) |
Francis Edwin Hyde Prize |
Awarded to the student achieving the best overall performance in year two of the BSc Economics |
Student of the Year |
Awarded to the student with the highest grade in the year, subject to a minimum average grade of 65%. One prize is available for both the three and four year version of each programme |
Winners received a certificate and enjoyed networking with other students and academic staff.
