Kevin Day, comedian and writer for shows such as Have I Got News For You, and Management School's Lecturer, Kieran Maguire, are hosting their next 'The Price of Football Live' show at the University of Liverpool.
They have toured their award-winning podcast as a live show at theatres and football clubs around the country, and are delighted to bring the show to the Yoko Ono Lennon Centre (Paul Brett Lecture Theatre) on the evening of Monday, 4 March.
The live show is free to all students and staff at the University and will feature a discussion on current football finance stories, as well as questions from the audience.
The Price of Football podcast has been downloaded more than 12 M times and regularly features guests from the football industry, to bring to the stage their unique look at the numbers behind the beautiful game.
As well as reaching The Guardian’s top 20 indie podcasts list, The Price of Football has also been included in The Radio Times top 2023 sports podcasts and is regularly mentioned by many other publications and media outlets.
