The event will be open to all doctoral students across the UK, with doctoral students within NARTI institutions and/or the NWSSDTP receiving first preference.
Submission guidelines and important dates
Potential participants will firstly be required to submit a 1000-word extended abstract or overview of their paper. Extended abstracts should be representative of the intended final submission. If they are empirical, for instance, they should include some expected, preliminary or indicative findings.
All extended abstracts will be single-blind peer reviewed and feedback provided. Upon acceptance, extended abstracts should be turned into a full paper presentation.
For submission of extended (1000 word) abstracts:
Submission opens: 15 December 2022, 17:00
Submission closes: 28th February 2022, 17:00
Notification of paper acceptance: 15 April 2022, 17:00
Abstracts should include the following:
• Paper title
• Broad research area – please select one of the following:
- HRM/ Organisational Behaviour/ Organisation Studies
- Strategy/ Entrepreneurship/International Business
- Marketing/ Operations &Supply Chain
- Economics/ Accounting & Finance
- Other (please specify)
- Purpose of the paper
• Theoretical background
• Methodology
• Main findings
• Potential contribution
• 3-5 key words
To submit your extended abstract please do the following:
1. Submit a 1000 word extended abstract (as outlined above)
2. Submit a letter of support from your supervisor
3. Download and complete the Application Form
4. Submit all of the above documents to narti@lubs.leeds.ac.uk no later than Monday 28th February 2022, 17:00.
