Organised by the Mangement School's Brett Centre for Entrepreneurship, the second Entrepreneurs Monthly-up of the academic year is run in collaboration with Bridge the Gap, an organisation that empowers women by providing knowledge and skills to kickstart new ventures.
Founder Molly Kelly, will hold a panel discussion with five successful female entrepreneurs, to discuss how to tackle the unique challenges female founders face and share practical insights on the different ways to get started, obtain investments, resilience, sustainability and more:

- Katherine Jones | ThinK Wine Group: Katherine is the driving force behind ThinK Wine Group, a business which offers reduced-calorie, low-sugar and vegan wines to consumers and businesses. With a 100% vegan and organic commitment, ThinK Wine Group are the 21st B Corp certified company in Liverpool, raising the bar in the wine industry!
- Isabel Pollen | Performance Under Pressure: with over 25-years of expertise as an actress in theatre, TV and film, in the UK and around the globe, this renowned actress is also the provider of the professional coaching and leadership service, Performance Under Pressure. For over a decade Isabel has instilled confidence, authenticity and calm in countless individuals and teams navigating high-pressure environments.
- Lisa Jones | The Calm Charm and The Lisa Jones Approach: the founder of The Lisa Jones Approach and The Calm Charm is a passionate advocate for building resilience and supporting mental health. Lisa works with individuals and corporations, delivering a unique approach which combines personal experience and rigorous research to make a real difference in increasing resilience and improving mental wellbeing.
This will also be an excellent opportunity for informal networking, with FREE food and refreshments included!
The Entrepreneurs Monthly Meet-up
The Entrepreneurs Monthly Meet-up is a University HEIF-funded initiative run Brett Centre runs in collaboration with six colleges and universities in the Liverpool city region:
