At EuroAgeNet, our commitment to equality, diversity, and inclusivity is an integral part of our mission to advance ageing research.
In all our activities, we will be firmly guided by the principles of Equality, Diversity, and Inclusion (EDI), following the Public Sector Equality Duty outlined in section 149 of the Equality Act 2010.
Supported by a dedicated EDI rep, our Management Board will also take into account geographic diversity, as well as considerations related to race, gender, and career stage when evaluating applicants and potential collaborators. This approach ensures that our network will encompass a broad and inclusive representation of individuals.
