Our members co-ordinate a wide range of health law modules for students studying at undergraduate and postgraduate level. We design our modules to ensure that they offer a critical insight into the contemporary dilemmas facing health law and regulation.
At undergraduate level, students have the option to study two medical law modules, which aim to introduce them to a broad range of topics including medical malpractice, capacity and consent, reproduction, clinical research, and mental health law.
At postgraduate level, our research-led and innovative LL.M programme in Law, Medicine and Healthcare aims to give students advanced specialist knowledge of medico-legal issues essential for a career in legal or medical practice or for further study. HLRU capitalises on its members’ world-leading expertise to deliver a unique and unforgettable teaching and learning experience to students at the School of Law and Social Justice.
