Dr Thomas Horsley has been invited to speak at the Common Market Law Review 50th Anniversary Conference. This prestigious conference takes place in the Grand Hotel Huis ter Duin, Noordwijk, Netherlands on the 26th and 27th of April 2013. The conference aims to turn the spotlight on the next generation of EU legal scholars. The theme is "Current challenges for EU law - New views, new inspirations." Thomas has been invited to speak on the closing panel on the topic of 'legal restraints to judicial lawmaking at the Court of Justice.'
