McMaster University, Ontario

Hamilton is a port city in the Canadian province of Ontario. Named after George Hamilton, a merchant and politician who purchased the land from the Neutral and Mississauga nations, it became the centre of a densely populated region at the west end of Lake Ontario known as the Golden Horseshoe, with an economy led by the steel and heavy manufacturing industries. Hamilton is home to the Royal Botanical Gardens, the Bruce Trail, and the Canadian Warplane Heritage Museum, and is known as the waterfall capital of the world, with over 100 waterfalls within the city limits.
