Inbox
Serengeti will generate automated messages for your attention, such as reminders about review dates for documents or changes made by another user to a document you've subscribed to. These messages are stored within your Serengeti Inbox within the system. You will also receive email alerts to your University email account.
To access your inbox, and manage your messages, log in to Serengeti and:
- Hover the mouse cursor over Workspace to open the dropdown menu
- Select Inbox from the options
- When you open your inbox you will see a list of read and unread messages which you have received - click on the yellow magnifying glass to open a message
- Opening a message will display the contents: the example below shows a typical message alerting you to the fact that a document is due to be reviewed. Messages may contain a link to download a document or view the document details
- To delete a message, click on the red X icon next to the relevant message in your inbox
