Re-installing Follow-You print queue on an MWS machine (Staff and PGRs only)

Follow-You printing should already be set up for staff and Post Graduate Research Students (PGR Students) but if for some reason it needs to be set up manually, then please follow these instructions:

A3, A4 black and white and colour printing

Click the Start button, and in the search bar type: \\print and press enter. 

In the window that opens, double-click on UOL-Queue to re-install the main print queue. 

Windows 7: At the Do you trust this printer? dialogue box click Install driver

How to print in colour

UOL-Queue defaults to black and white printing. To change to colour, click the Printer properties link:

and change the Color /Black and White: drop down option to Color

Select OK and you should now be able to print in colour.
