Need IT support? Speak with us in person!
Sometimes, the best way to resolve an IT issue is to speak with someone face-to-face. You can visit our team at our Drop-in located on the ground floor of the Sydney Jones Library. We have recently rebranded in collaboration with our friends at the Library to make finding us a whole lot easier! A member of our team will be there to assist you with any IT challenges you may have.
Our Drop-in opening hours: 9am until 5pm, Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays and University closure days.

*Please Note* During Welcome Week 2024 (16 to 20 September) we will also be temporarily based in the Central Teaching Hub.
