Paying your tuition fee deposit
We operate a tuition fee deposit scheme for international applicants to our master's courses.
If you receive a conditional or unconditional offer of a place for one of our master's courses and wish to accept it, you'll usually need to a pay a tuition fee deposit of £2,000. Tuition fee deposits are paid through our authorised payment partner, CIBC.
The University will only issue a Confirmation of Acceptance for Studies (CAS) once we've received your tuition fee deposit, you've accepted your offer of a place, and any academic requirements have been met.
Pay the tuition fee deposit for your master’s course
You won’t need to pay the £2,000 tuition fee deposit for your master’s course if:
- You're joining one of our Pre-Sessional English courses to meet the English language requirements for your intended master’s course. In these circumstances, you’ll need to pay a £1,000 tuition fee deposit for your Pre-Sessional English course
- Your tuition fees are being paid on your behalf by a sponsor.
Payment deadlines
The latest date by which you need to have paid your tuition fee deposit depends on your intended course, the course start date, and when you receive an offer of a place.
