Foot Trimming Hygiene survey: results.

Our research suggests that foot trimming may be an important control point for preventing spread of digital dermatitis.

In 2019, a survey was carried out to gauge current industry practices for maintaining good hand and hoof hygiene during foot trimming.

In total, 135 cattle foot-trimmers, farmers and veterinary surgeons completed the questionnaire.
