This theme reflects on the impacts of the processes and philosophies underpinning the management and development of the Liverpool ECoC and how the strengths of these can be replicated in other culture-led regeneration programmes.

Partnerships, articulation and understanding of the ECoC

This project explores the experience, investment in and knowledge and perceptions of Liverpool ECoC for a range of partners. Through a combination of methods, including regular interviews with key ECoC stakeholders and observations at relevant meetings, we explore how partnerships were formed and how they operate, and also how the partners’ different visions and aims are articulated and managed. This work offers background information that informs reporting on Liverpool 08 stakeholder relationship and wider management issues.
