In Policy Briefing 027, 'Inequality in the Face of COVID-19: How do we Build Back Stronger in the Liverpool City Region?', the unequal impacts of COVID-19 are firstly set out, with particular emphasis on women and Black, Asian, and minority ethnic (BAME) communities. How to address these inequalities across the Liverpool City Region, including some essential elements of success and specific targeted interventions recommended, are then elaborated.
