In an article for the latest edition of Town & Country Planning, David Thrower and Ian Wray argue that the coming bicentenary of the Liverpool and Manchester Railway could become the catalyst for a multi-faceted regeneration plan.

Ian Wray is a Visiting Professor and Fellow in the Heseltine Institute for Public Policy, Practice and Place at the University of Liverpool.
