Mrs Claire Crumbleholme

About

I run our body donation programme and oversee departmental administration. I work closely with the academics, demonstrators and technicians in supporting all aspects of administration. I plan, coordinate and manage administrative procedures and systems in accordance with Human Tissues Authority (HTA) and university policies and procedures.
I am also in the privileged position of being the first point of contact for those wishing to donate their body for anatomy teaching. When people ask me about my job, one of the first things I tell them is about the brave and noble individuals who make a choice to gift their own body to contribute to medical education and research. Their generous act of donation helps save and improve the lives of countless individuals.
It is an honour to be part of the Human Anatomy Resource team who all carry out their work with the upmost diligence dignity and respect.
