Congratulations to Emeritus Professor Callum Youngson, who has received his MBE from the Prince of Wales at Windsor Castle in recognition of his service to dental education.
Professor Youngson was appointed Professor of Restorative Dentistry at the University in 2004 and has dedicated over 30 years to advancing the field. During his time at Liverpool, he made a lasting impact on the profession through his roles as Dean of the School of Dentistry and Associate Pro-Vice-Chancellor of Education for the Faculty.
Currently, Professor Youngson serves as the Chair of the Dental Board and as a Council member for the Medical Protection Society (MPS), where he continues to influence the standards and practices of the dental profession.
