Come and share your research with a family audience through hands-on activities and experiments at a Meet the Scientists day at the World Museum, Liverpool. Meet the Scientists is open to all researchers at post-graduate level and above, no experience is necessary and we will provide training events in the run-up, or we're happy to work with individuals to develop their ideas.

We are looking for people to:
- Run an activity about their research; this can be a brand new activity or one that you’ve run at another event, you can run this by yourself or with other people from your research group
- Help out with the general running of the event on the day.
Audience info:
- We get between 1-2,000 people through the door per event
- It tends to be a family audience, with children most commonly between 4 and 11 years old
- Some researchers design activity for children but prepare seperate conversations to have with parents/adults.
We can offer:
- Support with developing your activity
- Budget to buy resources
- Tips and advice on engaging a family audience
- Overall event organisation; you just need to turn up with your activity on the day. We'll even buy you lunch.
