Environmental Assessment and Management MSc
On this taught programme, you’ll gain an understanding of the environmental implications of development action and of the wider social, political and economic issues surrounding decisions about the environment.
Town and Regional Planning MCD
You’ll learn about the social, economic and environmental challenges planners face, whilst becoming familiar with planning tools, methods and how they can be applied to particular planning contexts.
Housing and Community Planning MA
The Housing and Community Planning MA will provide you with a critical understanding of the contemporary challenges associated with housing and community planning, including their interaction with social, economic, environmental and political issues.
Sustainable Urban Planning MA
Designed for graduates with previous limited knowledge in this field, this master's course will provide you with knowledge of various aspects of town and regional planning.
Urban Design and Planning MCD
In this course, you'll gain insights into the social, economic, and environmental challenges that urban planners face in designing cities that are functional, liveable, and sustainable.
Environment and Climate Change MSc
The global impacts of climate change are one of the biggest threats facing the world today. Develop your understanding of climate change and the processes which contribute to contemporary environmental problems and threaten to transform our environment.
Environmental Science MSc
You will develop a high-level understanding of the physical environment and how society interacts with it, building on what you learned during your undergraduate degree.
Geographic Data Science MSc
This course will enable you to develop a high level understanding of quantitative and computational geographical methods. This includes skills in GIS software and statistical programming languages, such as R or Python.
Researching Crisis and Change in Human Geography MA
This course will provide you with the research skills to develop into a future researcher through an ESRC accredited programme of research training designed around the discipline of human geography.
