The inaugural conference of the Irish Sea Maritime Forum in the new Titanic signature building in Belfast

At the 26th meeting of the Association of European Planning School’s held in Ankara, David Massey one of Civic Design’s much loved and respected former members of staff received the AESOP Silver Jubilee Excellence in Teaching award along with Klaus Kunsman, Patsy Healey and 7 others.

David now an Honorary Senior Fellow in Civic Design was one of the founding fathers of AESOP and he continues to play an active role on planning education and research through his work as an editor of Town Planning Review.
